Hi, I’m Tanya, and I’ve been holding space for my clients healing and transformation for over 25 years. Using all types of modalities from acupuncture to neuroscience. I have countless degrees and certifications, but the most important thing I learned on my journey was how to tap into my higher consciousness, feel emotions fully and move energy at a quantum level. This allowed myself and my clients to let go of all types of past pain, limitations and resistances that kept us playing small.

Im a bit quirky and fun, yet Im always authentic and tell it like it is. I suppressed my power for far too long and I know what it feels like when you are ready to break out of your cage, but you just don’t know how.

I tried to be everything everyone told me to be , but it just never felt right. In the end squeezing myself into someone else’s version of me just didn’t work.

Early on I had visions of shattering the glass ceiling of corporate America, but found my self selling things that didn’t matter and feeling like leadership was hollow and competitive rather than mentoring, supportive and creative.

I accomplished a lot, but it never felt natural or normal to me. I knew I was meant to do things in a different way, to lead through Love and compassion for other people and the world. But something else was going on as well….

You see, I shut down my intuitive abilities to hear, see, know and feel at very young age, and it resulted in nothing short of disaster in my life. I suffered from chronic pain and anxiety for years because I wasn’t stepping into my own power and my body paid the price. Suppressing our energy and emotions not only keeps us playing small and not accomplishing what we were born to create in this world, but it can also cause us chronic pain and Dis-ease as a result.

I decided to turn my world on its head and left the corporate world to reclaim my gifts as a acupuncturist and a healer. I had finally found something that felt more aligned.

That’s when I created my CORE Expansion Method, a revolutionary breakthrough in quantum manifestation and expansion with energy work, that is now transforming the lives of conscious leaders world wide.
